Phase 1: Research and Info Gathering

In Phase 1 we gather all the information required to begin designing your home. From house style to number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and property info

Phase 2: Concept Design

In Phase 2 we do the initial design of your house based on information gathered in phase 1. Taking inspiration from any images or skethes the client has.

Phase 3: Preliminary Design

In Phase 3 we take the concepts from phase 2 and create a full set of drawings. During this phase we go over the drawings with the clients and make any changes.

Phase 4: Working Drawings

At this stage the floorplan has been approved and we add the details to get the drawings permit ready

Phase 5: Permits and Closing

In the final phase, the client get a IFC (Issued for Construction) set of drawings and the final invoice
